The following summaries are a representative sampling of results we have produced for our clients in matters involving civil and criminal government enforcement actions related to environmental statutes and regulations.

Successfully represented a fishing company who was charged with fishing permit regulations, persuading the agency to accept a sentence of home detention during non-business hours, allowing the fleet owner to continue working.

Helped to secure a rare decision by the EPA not to suspend a federal contractor during the pendency of an ongoing criminal investigation. Also helped the client to institute a state of the art compliance program for environmental testing in order to prevent future violations. The compliance program was instrumental in the EPA decision not to suspend or debar the contractor.
