Antitrust Matters
Collora LLP has represented many clients faced with inquiries, investigations and enforcement actions related to antitrust laws.
Our lawyers have often dealt with the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in matters involving price fixing, bid rigging, illegal boycotting, and other anti-competitive allegations.
In a number of investigations, we have persuaded U.S. Attorneys not to initiate charges of any kind, and that is always our objective. But we have also gone the distance for clients when necessary, achieving acquittals at trial as well.
We are pleased to share with you the following executive summary showing the kinds of clients we have represented, their industries, the legal issues we have handled for them, the forums in which we have appeared, and some of the representative results that we have produced in antitrust matters.
